不过，三姐根据我订阅的食谱尝试做了“ 超级卜卜脆皮烧肉 ” 来过节。
脆皮烧肉
材料：
五花肉1公斤
白醋2汤匙
腌料：
南乳2块
五香粉1茶匙半
盐1茶匙
做法：
1. 将花肉背面每隔一寸切条（表面的皮不要断），涂上腌料至均匀后，放入冰箱（不需盖）两天。
2. 将（1）皮向上放入烤箱，以250℃烤10分钟后，将表面抹上白醋，继续烘（注意看待皮稍脆时，将温度转至200℃）约30分钟。
注：在腌制过程，烧肉皮不需要插洞。
