杨枝甘露

正好是芒果季节, 我在Flavours 杂志看到这个食谱,就蠢蠢欲动想做来吃。

买好了材料,我就动手尝试了!

以下是英文版的原食谱:

MANGO CREAM with SAGO PEARLS & POMELO

15g sago pearls

75g rock sugar, crushed
150ml hot water
1 small ripe mango, pureed
20g pomelo or grapefruit sacs
75ml coconut milk
150ml fresh milk

diced mango

1. Soak the sago in cold water for 40 minutes; drain.
2.Bring water to boil and add soaked sago.
3.Once sago turns translucent, remove with a fine sieve.
4.Hold sieve under running tap water to cool cooked sago and separate any clumps.
5.Drain and set aside.
6.Dissolve rock sugar in hot water to make the syrup.
7.Allow to cool and add the mango puree, pomelo, coconut milk and milk.
8.Stir in cooked sago and diced mango.
9.Serve chilled.

我喜欢sago,下次做的话,我会增加它的分量,吃起来才过瘾!
